Co-Op News minutes of meeting held in 1913

The Co-Operative District Conference held on 19th July 1913 first discussed a new laundry on Norman Road.

"Mr W. Lander (C.W.S) strongly urged the executive to go forward, believing that it was the right thing, and with energy, pluck, and perseverance they would succeed".
