Oakenrod Primary School bridge connection to Bury Road

Oakenrod Primary School was closed in 2004, just four years short of its centenary, and after a long battle by parents and teachers to keep it open - more than 800 people signed a petition asking Rochdale MBC to keep the school open, but in vain.
