St Alban's Font

The font donated to St Alban's Church by Abraham Brierley was rescued by Reverend David Wyatt, just before St Alban's was demolished in 1973.

He found it on the site, smashed into many pieces, and had it restored by a local stone mason - today, it can be seen in St Paul's Church, Salford.
